I’ve more tired than I’ve ever been, I have more aches and pains than ever before, and I can’t seem to lose a pound of weight anymore. Still, I am tired of being made to feel like growing older is a bad thing for a woman. If I see another Botoxed face, I might have to smack someone. Growing old isn’t all sunshine and unicorns, but it does have a lot of benefits. I have never been more accomplished or felt so confident and content with who I am. So, instead of running out for cosmetic surgery or hair dye, I’m going to enjoy and embrace the good parts of the aging process. The Botox junkies can have fun with their plastic faces and weird upper lips :)
