Last year, I read about how Allie and her son set up a pretend restaurant at their house. I showed the post to Grace, and she insisted we do the same thing that very evening.
We have made a menu and opened up shop several times since. Grace really gets a kick out of eating in restaurants, and she loves having a restaurant at home.
As Grace has learned numbers and counting, our menus have become a lot more interesting. Here’s our most recent:
