I don’t remember what prompted me to start looking through old photos, but look through them I did.
This past week, I dug through the last two years in my iPhoto library. I’ve saved and stored more than 10,000 photos in that time.
Looking through those photos makes my heart heavy because I’m a sentimental goofball momma. Seeing Grace as a tiny infant, and then a robust baby, and then crawling and walking and running makes me wish the days would go by a little more slowly.
Looking through those photos made me remember things I’d long forgotten, like how Grace liked to be upside down when she was small.
Come to think of it, she continued liking being upside down even as she grew.
I think it’s the silliness that she likes, the seeing things as she doesn’t normally.
I don’t care why she likes it.
She likes it, and it makes her laugh.
Does the reason really matter?

Grace is too cute! Brittany likes to be upside down too. She giggles and laughs! Time goes by so fast with these kids. But the memories sure stay behind

So cute. My kids have always been fans of being upside down too. Thank goodness they all had strong enough stomachs to stand it as babies, as my husband loves to flip them upside down.
