Sadly, we have no local CSA, but 2 great markets, so I'll live. I took the nieces to the market as a little field trip during Cousin Day Camp. Anyway, I let the older girls pick out some fruits and veggies to buy, showed them which ones needed to be weighed, etc. Ladybug kept saying "green bean! green bean!" So I handed her a raw green bean and she happily munched away while I paid for our goodies, walked backed to the car, and drove home! Loved that! I’m a little behind on reading blogs *hangs head in shame*

Ladybug did something similar the last time we went to the farmer’s market. Sadly, we have no local CSA, but 2 great markets, so I’ll live. I took the nieces to the market as a little field trip during Cousin Day Camp.

Anyway, I let the older girls pick out some fruits and veggies to buy, showed them which ones needed to be weighed, etc. Ladybug kept saying “green bean! green bean!” So I handed her a raw green bean and she happily munched away while I paid for our goodies, walked backed to the car, and drove home!
