The thing I love most about pizza is that you can eat it every week, and it never gets old.

I suppose it would get old if you ate it the same way each and every week, but we don’t. Our CSA subscription started this week, and we have a lot of great veggies in the fridge.

Ingredients
  • 1 uncooked pizza crust
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • Your favorite ranch dressing
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Fresh spinach, coarsely shredded or sliced into ribbons
  • 1 medium onion, sliced into rounds
  • Black olives, sliced
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni (we buy turkey pepperoni, but you can use your favorite)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425. Roll the crust out onto a pizza stone.
  2. Spread press garlic over the pizza crust, spread it evenly over the whole thing.
  3. Spread ranch dressing over the garlic, leaving a 1″ edge bare. Spread the mushrooms, spinach, onions, and garlic and olives over the ranch dressing. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top. My family likes lots of cheese, so Joe made sure all of the veggies and ranch were covered. Top with pepperoni. You’re done!
  4. Bake the pizza at 425 for about fifteen minutes, or until the edges are browned and the center is crispy.
  5. Cut and enjoy!

Oh yummy!! I can’t wait to try it! It looks sooo delicious, and sounds easy to make! I will have to subtract the onions, at least on his portion, or else Dustin will have a fit.

Katie – We left our onions in big rings because we all like them, but if you cut them small enough, they’d cook nicely and be totally invisible under the cheese in the finished pizza! :)

You forgot to include a great step to your recipe. The fact that it cooks awesome on your pampered chef round stone because the crust cooks evenly and is just soft or crunchy enough the way you like it. hehe

We love to make pizza on our stone too. :)
