Cheese curls

January 27, 2009
If you’re looking for my Pearl Paradise or my Flora2000 giveaways, scroll down.

One day last week, when I was home with my sick baby, I went upstairs to do something. I don’t remember if I was pouring a glass of apple juice or putting dirty dishes in the sink or going to the bathroom. It’s unimportant.

I was probably gone two or three minutes. When I returned, here’s what I saw:

She was too sick to eat anything, but she found the bag of cheese curls, opened it, and sat down in my seat on the couch.

And then she ate a lot of cheese curls.

The cheese curls made her fingers dirty, so she wiped them off. On my microfiber pillows.

And on her legs and on my shirt.
The next day, Molly got in on the action, too, and then Grace wiped her hands on the cat.

In case you’re wondering, cheese curls don’t fit into the Healthy Snacks category.

Of course cheese curls cause your fingers to get cheesey and you need to wipe them on the pillows!

    Happy Wednesday.

Your baby is precious! I hope she is feeling better! You must be a special momma. My twin sister and I never let the kids eat cheese curls in the living room. Gosh they make a YELLOW mess! But I wish I had those days back. My girls are 18 and 22! A little Yellow is NOTHING!
    hahaha
    Good for you!

Angie – she is feeling better now, but I took these pictures in the middle of the croup/strep throat illness. Those cheese curls were the only thing she agreed to eat that day.
