You already know that I believe happiness is a choice, right?Â
Having a toddler, a full time job, and a wee bit of stress sometimes makes that more difficult that it sounds. This has been one of the more stressful weekends of late.
I guess that makes it a great time to jump into a positive thinking challenge. Â Angela told me about it on Twitter, and she got the idea from Cheryl Lorene Nordyke.Â
Basically, the challenge is this -Â
Keep a journal for 30 days. On the first day, write down 1 thing that you are thankful for. On the second day, write down 2 new things. On the third day, write down 3 new things, and so on.
I’m going to do it. Let’s do it together. Are you in?
For day one, I am thankful for the statewide smoking ban that is about to go into effect in Pennsylvania. It’s great to not worry about breathing secondhand smoke in public places, especially now that I’m a parent.
