I’m thankful that Joe and I have a wonderfully efficient partnership.
By efficient, I don’t mean that we get things done quickly and easily (’cause that would be an outright lie), but that the way we treat each other just comes naturally. I’m a leader, and Joe is a follower. It just works.Several times a day, I say, “Joe, let’s XXX” and he says, “okay.”
When he feels strongly about something, Joe asserts himself. I listen, because he doesn’t do it very often. He’s really happy for me to make our day to day decisions.
Like I said, it just works, and I’m thankful for that.
