I’m just checking in to say that I’m still among the perennially overwhelmed. I don’t like it one bit, as this feeling is contrary to my whole sense of self. Anyway, I can’t change it (yet), but I just read a great article about how to find time for your family. (Part of my problem now is that I won’t compromise on my “family time” and so I have run out of time to do everything else I need to do.)
Anyway, I found the article very enjoyable, and if you have kids, I think you will, too. It’s called “10 ways to find time for your family, no matter how busy you are” and written by Leo Babauta, author of Zen Habits.

Really great article. Thanks!
It’s nice to know I’m not the only one feeling overwhelmed all the time. Like you said – it goes against everything I am and it frustrates me more then I would like. My husband is really good at just putting our LO first I worry about everything that needs to be done and whether or not I’m spending enough time with her. Ugh!
