President not princess

February 13, 2008

I deplore the whole princess phenomenon that goes on in little girl’s clothing. I want my daughter to believe that she can do whatever she wants to because she’s strong and determined, not because she was born into power and privilege. I saw this shirt in a review earlier today and ordered one right then. (If you’re wondering, I did not buy the princess shirt in the blueberries post. I wear it on Grace because it was purchased as a token of someone’s affection.)

Great shirt. I was surprised by the princess shirt in the blueberry pic, but now I understand.
